The one and only service center which doesn't even provide alignment & balancing and basic check points servicing. Sent my Kia Cerato today and they only did a basic servicing without even a test drive unlike Nissan Falim Ipoh. I even had to explain to the technician for a faulty signal light but upon request kia Jalan Kampar informed me to leave my car there for 3 days for a simple check after waiting for 2 hours. This is the last I'm stepping foot into your so called service center, more busy selling cars instead of after sales service. Very disappointing!! #kiamotors

Worst service centre I've been.One of the Chinese guys maybe he's the chief in the service centre reception looks very bossy! Most importantly don't even know how to talk to customer(he stopped me while i was talking/explaning car condition),my car is still under warranty so i have right to ask them to check my car. But the way he talk really make me angry.. please don't put this kind of person(unpolite) to incharge with customer . And this will be my last time servicing in kia service centre and i wont even recommend any of kia brand to my relatives in the future!
