I often visit and never regret until this moment.. you'll get almost all of your pets need there, including grooming and boarding. Plus with membership discount as well. Staff's are always ready to assist and their price is very reasonable compare to nearby stores.

Good place to buy pet items. Helpful staffs as well when it comes to searching or recommending pet items. Plus, they have membership discount as well. Basically, that is the only positive thing I like about this shop. Nevertheless, I dont really feel safe to leave my pets for boarding here anymore. First, they didnt show you the place where your pet will be staying. Plus, not all staffs handling your pets are experienced I bet. For years, whenever I sent my pets for grooming here, they all become aggresive after coming back home. So I wonder how the procedure is being done. Is the staff assigned for grooming really know the 'how-to'?

Usual place for pet's grooming and food purchase. So far so good, great service attitude with thorough care for the pet based on feedback the shop personnel have given when there is any issue with the pet's skin or fur.

I have a strong doubt for this place. I sent my dog twice for grooming and they will always start of by saying we will try and if your dog is aggressive we will call you to pick him up if they are unable to groom. And then after and hour or two they called to inform that it's done. Twice I sent, twice my dog behaved differently and he will look really scared & sad for the next two days. My instinct says these people abused or they drugged him. So beware!
