So bad customer service. A customer need more than an hour to handle. It doesn't include a low IQ customer. Surely it will take a day for A customer.

Services are good and fast. They follow SOP, My Sejahtera, temp checking and sanitize. Cons is only parking. Hardly to find.

Only two counter to service customers in Kajang township area. I think Prundential has to improve by increasing the number of counter at least minimum of three counters. During peak time the counters shall operate at a maximum, when there are less customers; open at a minimum of two. I think it would help to make the customers happy.

Maybe i am lucky today, not many people (2 no infront me), been serve by officer room no 3, she is quick and very polite, so just walk in dont call, nobody will pick up ur call
