Very good equipment & friendly place to work out alone or in group thy all speak English I spent 4 months on the island while traveling towards Thailand but I ended up staying in Penang for the price and the quality

Great place to train MMA. They have Muay-Thai, BJJ and Kung-Fu classes. There are sparring sessions, conditioning and striking lessons. Free water in the gym. If you pay for a month or more, it can get very cheap. Great money/value ratin. And the best thing about this place are the people training there!
