Service in Jurlique was terribly bad. The beautician was rushing to get off from work, she didn't provide the full service as i had decided to take the rose treatment which cost rm220 instead of rm290. She was leaving me in the room with doing the mask for more than 20min and i can definitely feel it that she isn't putting effort. during extraction was pain like hell as i was expecting a experience beautician would have know how to care for tolerance of pain of client. Overall, i think you all should improve on customer service and company image.
