Bad service, hire iresponsible staff, liar. Just call without coming to my house and claim that we are not at home. Never tell us where to collect.

Jibai babi blocked the road. The road is own by babi.
have waited the parcel for 2 times but deliveryman didn't show up. the courier office keep asking me to collect the parcel at their office which is far away from my living address. And, postponing the delivery date. apparently have no intention to deliver directly to the receiver. this is the worst courier service I ever had.

layanan sangat-sangat tidak bagus....biadap penghantaran lambat.. penipu..kata barang baru sampai malaysia..sedangkan barang dah lama sampai..rakan saya kirim barang dari indonisia 9barang dengan 9alamat..yang lain dua minggu awal dah sampai,so bermakna barang sudah lama sampai..cuma malas nak buat kerja...sy tak push pun selama 2minggu tu..bila hari ni call sengaja tak di angkat sama macam hari2 sebelum ni....bila whtspp dia dengan nada marah dia jawab kan dah call balik..yee call balik sebab sy dah whtspp marah2! yang 2minggu sebelum sy call tak pernah sekali pun call balik... saya call berpuluh kali sebelum ni takde sorang pun nak layan (tak angkat)bila dah angkat bagi no yg tak boleh nak call..bila saya whtspp dia berbahasa kurang ajar!! dua bulan berturut2 dengan masalah yang sama...bulan pertama saya sendiri pergi pickup..takde rasa nak marah pun..kali ni bahasa dia yang buat saya marah! service kau kami bayar tau!! siapa kau nak layan custmer macam haram!! NOT RECOMMEND!!!! very rude!!
