If you ever wonder what does RECSAM SEAMEO means, it is Regional Centre for Education in Science and Mathematics (RECSAM) and Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO). Anyway, the hall is really spacious and it is well air-conditioned which really suitable for wedding events. It can easily fit 32 banquet tables. There is also raised platform for you to erect a bridal dais.
