Had a very bad experience with this video production team. Steve, whom was supposed to be our videographer on our wedding day ended up sending a replacement without any explanation of the changes. We reckon he may have double booked for the day. The end result was horrendous and the video quality was poor (1 of their videographers shot using a phone), the transitions were rough, and there was absolutely no story line to the whole video. It was as though an amateur took some videos and patched it up tgt for the first time. this is nothing like the quality of videos they put up on their Facebook page. The final video they gave us even had a drone shot of KLCC which was stolen by another person because it still had the owner's watermark on it. VERY BAD. I've even called Steve for an explanation and a refund but after much following up and months of giving him time, he had nothing to say. Not even an apology. Hence, please avoid hiring them for your special occasions. You'll definitely regret it!
