The worst service I ever had from JD Sports is Melaka Mahkota Parade Branch. The staffs are nowhere to be found, they simply handed you a plastic and gone, did not even bother to help you with the shoes -.-

It's my first ever time getting a very bad service from your both staff girl and boy near to the nike airmax are today at this timing which makes not to purchase the shoes . I'm one of the JD sport buyer and this experience made not to come again to this brunch . I hope in future you guys have some time to coach your staff on customer service .
