Very bad service. Had to wait almost an hour for food despite making reservations. They ran out wine (which wine and dine runs out of wine?). Also the food was weird. My fish and chips smelt raw. Fries were soggy. Will not go back there again.

Well, it didn’t come near to gastronomic level frankly, but taste of the foods still okay and of course it’s pricey to dine in in a hotel. Anyhow, I had pleasant night with my daughter thou.

This place does not know the meaning of service, customer satisfaction and reservation. For a restaurant hotel they 1) make you wait while they take 20 mins to set up the outdoor area and our table despite reservations being made AND calling the restaurant again right before arrival 2) one miserable size 'pool quality table' for 3 pax 3) table with water ponding under our seats/table which we had to point it out to the restaurant manager - hey we are not in bathing suits?! 4) my brother's fish entree came in record time of more than 1.5 hours!! We were here for a special occasion which was to celebrate my mum's birthday. The rain was not the letdown but the attitude of the manager was the real damper! Not even at all apologetic for his blunder and the level of service. If you are coming for meals - come at your own risk and be prepared for an unforgettable out-of-the-world customer experience. Nice view from the roof top.
Overcooked pasta, beef burger patty was not good as expected, side salad drenched in sauce. Ask for warm water, but served hot water, waiter say its warm. Service needs to be improved.
