When i bought ticket from klia2 to ipoh it was supposed to be non-stop. End up stopping at klia, tbs and duta. Add another hour to the journey.

Bus never reach on time
This bus service doesn't seem to have any motivation to operate at all. Delays are all the times. Bus conditions are poor. Drivers are rude. If you're still desperate to get your ticket from Starmart, better not. Never.
Bad service ever. I’m always lazy to write review at any post but dis time I’d spend my time to write this because i dun hope others will suffer themselves. At first, the bus is delay for so long which is atleast an hour. I waiting for an hour at there. Then the bus stops at the toilet for so long and which drive for 30 minutes and stop once. And every passenger is on the bus already but the driver just back to bus after 15 minutes. Furthermore, the driver of driving way is so danger. I feel my safety is suffer when i sit the bus. I would not recommend anyone to sit dis bus if u hope u will safety to reach the destination
