My nephew went to the clinic for kidney stone treatment. The service was very poor, he had to wait for 2 hours to see the doctor. The consultation given was very poor, it was more like consulting a general practitioner than a urologist. The receptionist was also rude to my sister. The clinic is only concerned with making profit, without the slightest care about the patient's well being.
