Sent our DSLR to fix its strap attached to the camera body. The staff, Ms Anna Yeah promised us that the camera will be fixed before our EID celebration. However, a week before the celebration, when we asked for it and wanted to take it, she suddenly said the camera is not yet fixed. We already fully paid ok, including the postage (RM50) to send it to the center. And she added the camera can only be fixed after EID. What kind of customer service is this??? You promised us this and that but nothing that we get in return. As for our payment, it can be refunded (but not instantly as we paid using debit card) ONLY FOR THE CAMERA SERVICE, EXCLUDED THE POSTAGE FEE (RM50). So now, we are at lost in a sense that our DSLR is unfixed and RM50 is burnt just like that. I HIGHLY UNRECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO SEND ANY OF YOUR CAMERA HERE!! THINK MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE YOU STEP IN THIS BRANCH.

Staff was impolite. Especially the auntie staff. Just get my new passport and seek for scan service. First time the passport was scan crooked. I told her it’s crooked she volunteers to crop for me. But it’s for immigration purposes. Can we submit the documents with crop image? So she scanned for 2nd time. This time is more even worst as I don’t know how can she scan the passport until the signature page was so crumple. But she act as normal and act don’t know. Never want to apologize about her behavior. I am fine with it. But when I see the scan file again it’s out of the alignment. When I told her it’s not accepted. She start to show me her unhappy and asking me then what kind of pattern I want. I told her just simple. Scan the passport in one page. Just like the photostat format. At the end I walk away from the shop. Because I pay to what I want. Not your unhappy face. If you don’t know how to scan documents please tell me you don’t know. I will look for other shop. I will not go back to this shop anymore. Bad customer service.

Beware!! I sent my ID photo for re-print, their malware locked my storage disk. forced to re-take the ID photo at higher price!!!!!.
