Today I call Inokom Corporation Sdn Bhd get some information regarding a truck that was purchased back in 2007. The customer service representative was very reluctant to assist me, she just kept passing the line to another department. Until another male staff who did not want to identify himself, did not provide the necessary information or provide me a suggestion on where do I need to find the information I require. I am aware that I am suppose to keep records. I may have misplaced it but all I aspected was some kind of assistance. Disappointed.
