Very bad. Service centre but no spare item. I wanted to change the battery but they can only change the battery with screen with higher price. What a bummer

Went ro this outlet today bcoz my nova 3i can be used for sos only. The cust svs girl was so nice with proficient BM. She brought my hp to a technician back and forth for at least 3 times. Lastly, she brought the news from the technician that my telco line was not working properly. So, i walked to the tmpoint to check my sim card and i was recomended to change to a new simcard. Still not working. Then, the tmpoint staff helped me by putting my new sim card to the second slot. Then, everything started to work properly again. That means my first sim card slot wasn't working anymore detected by the tmpoint staff not by the huawei technician. I m not blaming anybody, but i m really expecting this kind of solution should come from the huawei technician. At least huawei seremban has a very nice cust svs girl.
