In Metro Specialist Centre for Annual Medical Checkup. The flow of checkup and tests from taking body weight and height, blood and urine, ultra sound, treadmill, and specialist consultation has been smooth and comfortable, over the years. By after lunch, everything is done, easy and satisfying.

TERRIBLE hospitality with OUTRAGEOUS price. Me and my wife decided to try this hospital for the first time despite all the negative comments. Went to meet ENT specialist, had consultation for less than 4minutes with no proper procedure (i’m having doubt since he didn’t show anything on the monitor). Same goes with my wife. They charged RM695 and RM 599 for me and my wife respectively. Argued with the cashier as she refused to provide itemised bills and only provide summary. Definitely the first and last time. Good luck metro! For future customers, don’t even think of going to this hospital if you don’t have a thick wallets.

Went to this hospital for ENT consultation for me and my husband. Planned to use our insurance (outpatient) but it took more than 3 hours for GL to be issued since we don't have referral letter. So we were advised to pay for deposit (will be refunded as per said) by Metro SP admin. Met with Dr Mathew (the only ENT specialist in Metro SP). Very poor and disappointed with his bad service. He only asked us why with very unprofessional tone, then just checked our ears using his torchlight. NO OTHER PROCEDURES not even switch on his special equipments. ONLY BASIC CONSULTATION! Less than 5 minutes for both of us. We were so shocked to be charged RM1300 for total bills and the accountant refused to provide details of the charging. After argument only we got the details. And to our surprise the doctor charged us for consultation RM200 each and procedure (WHICH WAS NONE!) RM300 each and medicine aprxmtly RM200 each person. Insurance refused to cover the charge, which at first was said covered by the admin. I don't recommended this hospital, please read other reviews. So bias and overpriced. This is our first and last. Very frustrated and furious. Afterall my ears problem not solved. Have to find other specialist.
