Wasted time and effort. Better to go else where. Not enough staff, rang the shop bell and had to wait awhile for service. Therapist not around. Wasted appointment

I am so grateful for one of the workers there named LIN I think she was from the Link in ampang but last night they borrowed her to the one utama branch. She literally was the best! The Brazilian she did for me was so professional, so quick and minimal pain. I stopped waxing for 3 years now due to fear of my experience. Only last night I mustered up the courage to go. She took into consideration my fear and low pain tolerance and made the whole process and comfortable, quick, clean and as professional as possible. I wanted to leave a tip for her but wasn't sure if y'all accept tips. Nevertheless she is top class! I swear I'd drive to ampang just to get my Brazilian done by her

I have been waxed in many spots around the world and this was one of the best. My technician was very gentle and would press quickly on the area just ripped so that the sting lessened. The room was quiet and there was calming music playing. The costs were about right for the country. I liked the smell of the toner used to refresh my skin. If all the staff are busy, they lock the front, so press the bell to get their attention. Took a snapshot of their price list, remember these may change over time.

The location is good as located in the mall since easy parking and good service for waxing and the after care products are very good and would highly recommend it. Do ask for Joanne as she such a friendly and professional therapist. She ensured both me and my partner had a good, detailed and quick service.

Convenient location in the mall so you can stop by for a fix on your shopping day. Price is reasonable - the underarm waxing was RM32. The wax wasnt too hot at all - it was lukewarm for me! The technician, Leia, also made sure to tweeze out every single strand of stray hairs that escaped the wax.
