The service was okay but I have to point out something and hoping that someone would actually read this review. I went there with sore throat, the nurse in front misdiagnosed me but that's ok because the dr corrected it. During my consultation with the dr, she didn't even have a proper tool (flashlight, the stick) to check my throat, she used her phone light and just glanced over for few seconds at my throat, ask me if i had any fever or contact with any COVID patient which i said no. And she just wrote down something and prescribed me a meds. So i went there, didn't even know what's wrong with my throat, what is the causes, what can I do to make sure it recover fast. Where's client/patient education? And isn't it your job to provide maximum patient care ? Ok maybe sore throat is not as bad as other symptoms but that doesn't mean i dont deserve any explanation from the dr, and the session is called consultation for a reason right?
