More specifically, GTV offers expert insight into and timely advice and direction on topics such as: • relevance of the latest developments in ICT from a business perspective • alignment of ICT with the business direction • achievement of strategic ICT objectives • availability of suitable ICT resources, skills and infrastructure to meet the strategic objectives • Optimisation of ICT costs • role and the value delivery of external ICT sourcing • Risk, return and competitive aspects of ICT investments • Progress on major ICT projects • contribution of ICT to the business (i.e., delivering the promised business value) • Exposure to ICT risks, including compliance risks • Containment of risks GTV work in partnership with the other MHG board committees and top management to provide input to, review and amend the aligned corporate and ICT strategies.
