The staff has a good service attitude. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. In the morning, they mop the floor and clean the garbage. Wash the toilet. The meals are diverse and delicious. The scenery outside the window is good. I usually choose every time I get sick This hospital, because it gave me a very good medical experience, it is worth choosing

This private hospital is very clean and organized. The staffs are polite and friendly. Visited here a few times and seen 2 different doctors. Both are professional and listen to their patient without interruption and assumption. Parking is not a problem. The negative part is, the price of medicine is expensive.

Poor Consideration for Patients during Covid It is Saturday morning, there are at least 40-50 people waiting to pay their bills and ONLY 2 cashiers. The entire hospital is not ventilated. Registration takes at least half an hour and then you wait to see the doctor which usually is a long time. And then they can’t even staff up properly to make the paying process not a long wait! Absolutely poor service!!

The experience is great, staff are well trained and professional in their conduct. The ambience and lighting makes it feels like visiting a 5 star hotel instead. Parking is limited during peak and there is one floor driving towards the end forces you to drive down if there is no available parking space. Just felt the design abit stupid. Overall it's still a good experience.

Nurse /phlebotomis Min Lee was excellent. She was extremely competent yet gentle. My blood vessels are extremely fine and collapsed often, so I was apprehensive and nervous. I shared my fears with her that I was once pricked a dozen times by several nurses overseas ,when my blood was taken. Nurse Min Lee was comforting, reassuring and presto she did it whilst allaying my fears.

My daughter have been admitted several times for this few months. What I can say is I am truly satisfied with the treatment from doctors, staffs and nurses especially at 17th floor. The nurses there treated my daughter with great care. They are gentle, attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!
