Idiot service I bought a monitor with a plug like this They dint even mention or let me know about that Sumore the monitor stand they forget to put it inside the box I have to come to the shop just for a stand.... They cant even deliver a stand for their mistake

Deeply disappointed with the customer service. They did not mention the shop's warranty period when I bought the product and as it turns out, the product is defective. I had to turn to the manufacturer's warranty to solve this issue. The salesman are not friendly or apologetic when I consulted them about this issue either. I would rather give zero star if possible.
