Nice little redevelopment of this historical site for Penang. It used to be just a canal for transportation purposes and a market for the local community. After years of decay, it has now been transformed into an urban archeological park with playground, park, event hall and soon to come retail in a nicely maintained heritage facade. Just officially launched by the government yesterday afternoon.
