[ok la] 1) overall - semi-clean environment, air cond, plenty of food selection, reasonable price at Kristal Seafood 2) claypot tofu is a must order if you are eating here. The added egg basket onto the the sizzling pot had levelled the dish up. The taste was great, the tofu was fresh. Must order. 3) stir fry vegetable was alright. Could have more wok hei 4) cheesy chicken was okay, could have used better butter or/and cheese
My family was there last week and we enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. A good size portion and well prepared. Would definitely dine there again.
Kristal Seafood offer a wide range of chinese cuisine and seafood in a reasonable price. The claypot tofu is good, it has omelette on the bottom of the pan. The stir fry vegetable (potato leaves) also good, got “wok hei”. I also tried their speciality, the cheese chicken in which I think it was just slightly above average, nothing special about it. Its just deep fried chicken on cheese sauce.
They food here is surely above average. Its popular for their seafood and also their homemade tauhu. Fast service.
Their soup and duck rice quite nice the fall back pricey
The hidden gem in penang!!! All the dishes are cooking well and tasty, make sure you guys got a very hungry stomach before coming here
Good and fair priced food; Roast pork, char siew, oil vegetables and steam soup ...below Rm25.00 for 2. Portion is reasonable.
