Very unsatisfied with her work. She over charges people for any sort of simple documentations. Even though she mentions the price before hand but when we check with other friends they pay 10 times cheaper doing the same documentation. She's taking advantage on people who are unaware of the general charges for verification of documentations. I didn't realize until i had to check with my other friends.

Overprice. I've done 2 sumpah at 2 different places. One is with Madam Mok and one is at Pesuruhjaya Sumpah Bayan Lepas. Both are fast. However the fees charged are way too much different. i got shock when Madam Mok asked for Rm20. whist the other one charge at only RM4(which is the usual fee as my first sumpah back in few years ago was only RM3).

Overprice. The same document 10 pages. My partner go to other place to angkat Sumpah. The total fee of his is RM28. Mine is RM200!!!!!!!!! She ends up and give me a courtesy discount of 10%. Tell me that RM180 is very cheap.
