It was a great shopping experience in Fossil The Gardens. The staffs from the outlet are nice and Nick is so friendly sharing with us his suggestion so we can have our final decision to buy the things we want. Although he will be transferred to another outlet soon but we feel great to have him serving us to get our best suit item. :) Wish all best to the team!

Friendly and helpful staff. However, the engraving machine was out of order the day I went there. So I have to go to another Fossil Store to engrave my keychain.

Went today to have an additional hole added to my strap. The process was no nonsense and quick! They added a circle hole instead of the square i have on my watch, but that's not the fault of the shop. The staff were receptive and friendly. Highly recommended! It was a little hot inside though.

Very good and professional services by the helpful staff. Good atmosphere and relaxing store. I'm here to shorten my watch stripe and no charges requires or receipt needed even my watch is bought on IOI putrajaya. Fossil have a very good design smart watch, worth to check it out.
