This visit was my 3rd time and will be the last. This shop's person in charge who is a senior man is so unprofessional. I have had paid full payment during the purchase but the shop had failed to deliver the glasses to me as promised instead said will take 3 to 4 weeks. Thus I cancelled the purchase and asked for refund. If at all this person really concern over his customers satisfaction and business, he should have deal directly with me instead he used his staffs as mediocre and stubbornly pushed to get it done the soonest and posted an improper glasses to me. I dont blame his staffs as they are good with their job and they can't do anything beyond this senior man's instructions.. indeed waste of money and as well the repo I had with the staffs.. the glasses worth rm6 end up useless!

I lost my contact lends in pool of the hotel, and need new one. staff was very kind and provided professional service.
Went to Focus Optometry to repair my spectacle which was very bad condition after its was dropped on the road and hit by car. Thank you very much Focus Optometry for repairing my glasses and able to use it to drive back to KL.
