One of the most transparent embassies I've dealt with, I have dealt with over 30 different embassies and the French Embassy in KL is one of the best, they are understanding and strictly follow the timeline provided at the same time, the balance between these two is perfectly followed
Not easy to reach, to park...and you have to wait in the corridor with no chairs....

Very good experience. Staffs are really helpful and courteous. Even in my home country's embassy I don't get this much respect :) I was running late for visa appointment, even then the staff at visa counter was so polite and helping me with smiling face.
Poor service. Don't know how to reply questions in an email. Change rules for document legalization from one month to another. Not aligned with their counterpart instructions in Singapore. Don't remember what they told you 10 mins earlier, ends up making you pay more than you are supposed to to avoid waste another 20min time. Classic poor level of French administration exported abroad : the less I do the better I feel. Not sure if french understands what service means... Overall disappointing experience. Ashamed of my own country...
