Sam is the person attended to me on 5Dec20. My alphard 2016 screen cracked ard 4pm. Calling few other service provider but none told me can make it on the same day. Finally i reached Sam ard 4.30pm and he went extra mile by saying yes. He even managed to arrange Lumar tint to fix the new screen onsite. I drove from nilai and reached ard 5.53pm. He already waited me and get every single step arranged seemlessly. Before 7pm....my car was fixed. I was amazed and happy with his service. There is only 2 words to express this experince was " super excellent". Thanyou very much Sam...you r the best!

Come 3 years ago claim insurance for windscreen, today i went to the shop the service was so poor and decided to do it other shop, u have 4 staff playing phone around 9.40am, never come to the shop again to claim windscreen here..there other place in shah alam.. better train your stuff to greet and attend customer is very important!
