I had tinnitus symptoms for a few days in my right ear with a bit of pressure in the ear canal. Initially, I visited the GP where I was prescribed oral medication and ear drops as GP suspected I had some ear infection. The medication didn't help much. I visited Dr Long as his clinic was nearby my house. He immediately diagnosed I had some nerve issues and gave me some medicine. My condition immediately improved and I am healing well. Dr Long is professional although the waiting queue was a bit long as he's such a popular doctor. Charges are reasonable too.

Went there because my left ear couldn't hear even after I went to other clinic to clean it up. Dr Long definitely the best ENT specialist in town. He diagnosed my inner ear and cleaned it within 15 minutes. I got back my ear! Supplied me an antibiotic for 4 days afterward. Surprisingly the fee is really reasonable with the 5 star service (I thought the fee is super expensive since it is in Pantai Hospital).

This morning i decided to see dr long 1st time, for my ear pain Pantai hospital cheras gave me a very good experience, the registration staff provides good service to me. Environment inside is new and comfortable. Parking wise its rm3 for 1st hr and rm2 for subsequent. Dr long is a friendly and professional doctor, he speaks in cantonese and english and malay. He checks my ear inside with a scope and help me suction out ear wax on one side of the ear. The bill came to me was reasonably affordable with consultation rm100 and ear drop rm10. I used to go government but now I will go bck to pantai cheras in future, the whole process took me less than 1 hour! I'm pleased with the experience.

Very good service of consultation and assessment. My ears couldn't hear due to pressure differences from diving. I came here without appointment and Dr. Long immediately attended me. Did some checking and after treatment, the hearing became loud and clear. Definitely on the list of top ENTs in KL.
