(Update: 26March2021) After the initial below experience, the team did reach out to me and I decided to take a chance on one of my bags using the RM99 promo which was still ongoing as the earlier unanswered messages could possibly be an oversight by their team. The bag was 70% unlaminated canvas 30% leather trim in a stained /discoloured condition. After photo assessment and sending in the bag (pickup & return already included in the price), it took around 2months or so to get processed (timing is within industry standard of 4-12weeks based on personal experience with other vendors). DrLeatherSpa team did their best with the bag and although the stains were not able to be removed (had crossed-fingers it could be whitened but it could possibly not be stains but fabric oxidisation due to age?), at least the bag is now the same browish colour evenly (without rings/hard markings). The canvas smells extremely clean. The leather trimmings, lining and hardware was well-polished and impressively zero dust. Compared to other vendors (local and overseas), it is one of the cleanest bags after a “bag spa/touch-up” with a visibly freshened up feeling. Naturally the bag won’t be in brand new condition but overall I would say was a job well done therefore have adjusted the earlier review rating accordingly ---------------------- (Edit: 31Jan2021) This company does a lot of online promos on various platforms for bag cleaning at RM99, but is not responsive when messaged. After much chasing as a potential customer and providing the details and information they ask for, they just disappear with no response (and this is over many days during working hrs, not off-hours/weekends). Maybe other people have deferring experiences but won't have faith on how the bag will further be handled and come back safely after being refurbished and need for the customer to constantly check and chase

I sent them my bag, and actually i dont expect so much as i can see my bag is a bit hopeless especially the chain. But now i received my bag and was impress from the result. The metal chain was totally cleaned i cants see the rust anymore. Smells good as well. Thank you!

Through FB, I read a posting about bag cleaning service she was promoting and the promotion rate that was going on. I took this opportunity to have one of my bag clean and repair. It was lying idle in my closet for few years as haven’t found any suitable cleaning services to do that. I never had my bags cleaned before and this is my 1st time sending it to a bag spa for cleaning and refurbishment. When I received back my bag, it was total satisfaction! It was as good as new except for the minimal wear and tear. My bag was spotless clean and the leather felt so smooth when my hands glided over it and it smells so good. Section and parts that are meant to be repaired all done so neatly I’m so glad I found Dr LearherSpa. Thank you for your wonderful service

I have sent my 9 year old mustard yellow bag to Dr LeatherSpa to fixe/touch up the worn out corners and parts where the metal strap was rubbing and overall have the bag cleaned. Workmanship is good. Overall, I am satisfied with the service but encountered a small issue; the repair took longer than expected as they were swamped with orders. Hope they can manage this better next time.

Top notch service and excellent job done by the team! I used their pick up service and sent my bag and wallets for cleaning and restoration. Yee Von and Wendy were very patient in handling my queries and concerns. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process. I had a wallet where the stitches were coming off at the sides due to the torn leather. They surprised me with a repaired wallet that looks as good as new. I am very pleased with the final results of all items and will definitely use their service again for my bags and wallets.
