Service so far so good. The technicians (Lo & his team) made sure everything is fine before leaving. Did not leave a mess like the rest of the technicians previously. Price is reasonable.

I have make appointment with them yesterday 230pm. 230pm no show. 235pm I text them. 3pm They call me said cannot come. What a bad service. Wasting my time to apply management, apply leave waiting them to come service. End up NO SHOW. Didnt arrange proper, not responsibility. I will not recommended to all of you.
The technicians who did the service were super efficient, fast and professional. My Ac was very cold right now until I wear a sweater watching Tv️️Thanks and keep it up your good job
I should have read the reviews before using them. Other reviewers are accurate this is a low quality service and low value. I used this service to repair and service my a/c that was not cold anymore but it also had a bad smell from it (mold/mildew). The technician did service the a/c and overcharged me for some products (this I overlooked as it did get the job done) but when I also mentioned the smell, the technician claim there is no smell (either he has no sense of smell or is lazy/lying). I cleaned it myself a few days later and true enough it had some mold and was dirty, the technician did not clean the unit at all. Only partial service rendered. I advise others to just look for another service provider as this one as a spotty record as seen from the other reviews on here.

Kongsi kongsi I was told and had a agreement in your chat yesterday that a technician will be assigned to me for the set appointment and I personally requested to please send the technician that came just a month ago to fix our AC since we already became more a less like friends and I informed my management on the situation that was to take place today. The appointment was set for 10am and we have been waiting and waiting but not even a curtesy call was made from your side that we basically had to do all the follow up calls and text until only at 3.40pm today we received a text saying that another technician is on his way. I was already disappointed knowing for a fact that last minute someone else is coming over true enough is was rather not a very satisfying experience. I do understand it's the festive season but not a single customer be it he/she was celebrating Chinese New Year or not should be treated differently cause that changes a whole perception of your service to others cause from the very beginning we made it clear and you agreed in sending us the former technician you promised and agreed with the appointment fixed today. You should keep your word and not leave customers hanging cause we too have other things to do and not just seat down and wait and wait. I had very high regards on you guys the previous experience was really good but not this time and I hope you will do something about it.
I called for checkup bcos my ac was not cold even after 2 times gas refills n they quote me a price for a component change(compressor part i think), which is quite pricey for me. So i called another ac repair company to check and they said the it was completely unnecessary. The checkup from dr. Air cost me rm80 for nothing basically. Invoice no: 4187
The service guys was very quick with their work. One of the rep mistakenly booked my appointment but get it done on the same day.Job was done efficiently,and clean.Will book again to service other aircond.
