Another motive behind OECO is the increasing levels of disparity between food production and consumption. According to studies, we are likely to face a global famine by the year 2050. OECO currently owns various cricket farms in Cambodia, producing approximately 100 kilograms of crickets per month. OECO also had multiple collaborations with nearby villages to increase production if the need arises.
