I KEPT ON calling the main OPERATOR line. The voice-over said to dial "O" for operator help. Which was what I actually did, TEN repeat TEN times. Then it went back to the same voice over again, and again and AGAIN. What kind of connection is that, for a multi national company? Such a waste of my time. I told GRETEL last time to look into this and NOW it is happening again, and again. PLEASE GET GRETEL TO CALL JUN. It is important! THANKS.
