Waited for almost one and hour and the clinic only had 4 people waiting for consultation. The receptionist did know how to use their registration software and delayed it. Asked me to fill 2 same forms and shocked when I corrected her. Dr was not in the clinic and was not informed about it. If possible you better go to another clinic unless you like waiting and paying for it.

The doctors are always friendly and caring. The clinic is small but offers many services. Staff nurses are also accommodating, but one lady (I think Indian) has an attitude problem and keeps on slamming the door while moving in and out of their station. You will understand if there is an emergency but none. She walks like a model going out from the clinic wearing slippers and keeps on slamming the door on our faces many times. It is not the first time I visited this cinic but more than 10x and notices this lady's attitude but lats time was worst. Patients came to seek medical attention, but it seems like she didn't care at all. What's terrifying during this pandemic is that they allowed a patient to enter without even wearing a mask. He was coughing so hard without a face mask. If he needs immediate medical attention, they should at least offer him a face mask. However, it clearly says outside that no face mask, no entry. And as far as I know, wearing a face mask in public places is mandatory, so what more in clinics? His coughing made us all uncomfortable, and it seems that they are not taking it seriously.

I don’t know why the review is low. I just went there and everything was so fine. The doctor very sincere in advising me and the bill is quite low as well. I used pre registration AIA and it took less than a minute to register.

I wonder why Dr not even pay a closer look into my eyes. Visit on Monday last week. But, whateva it is...thank you Dr. Service just normal for me.
