indoor sport center for those who love wall climbing challenge
I have always love physical activities, sometimes just to challenge myself. I and two others, Nurul Atiqah and Nuha Sofiah from Nottingham University United Kingdom, were excited to go for Wall Climbing at Taman Cabaran, Presint 5, Putrajaya. Kamal from Wall Climbing to New Heights St PCP, is a trained and licensed climber, who took us through the wall climbing process. He basically led us through warming up, wall climbing confidence and the wall climbing itself. I was terrified of heights but I was confident that Kamal was able to belay in a safe manner to ensure that we would have the best time at wallclimbing. He taught us the importance of the knots (specifically the 8 knot) and putting up the harness properly, in ensuring a safe and great climb. There are three types of intensity of the wall climbing, easy, medium and difficult. The difficultness of the climb depends on the slant of the wall. The more inverse the slant of the wall, the more difficult is the climb. I only managed the easy climb where the wall is slanted outwards. This was my first experience in wallclimbing and I really had a great time.
