I love the quality of the work. But need to work better on customer service and explaining more on the pros and cons if customer wants to i.e upsize/downsize logo. This wasn't properly explained to me and the end result though still acceptable, didn't meet my full expectations as the logo ended up being too close to the armpit area. Only after receiving the item and asking them why this happened, I was told that the machine is round and in order to meet my upsize requirements the position of logo came out the way it did. Could've explained to me that if I wanted it a certain way, then this consequences may happen. I wouldn't know what your equipment can or can't do or whatever I want is probably not going to work. If you take the time to explain it to me better then at least I would understand and change it to whatever you recommend. That being said I would still go to this service again as the quality of the logo itself is amazing.
