Not really the best but cheap, sometimes the air-cond not working properly. The song choice is not up to date and the system make it really hard to search for your favorite song.

quite dissapointed coz we are understand all premises have to close by 12 midnight.. the staff should probably told us earlier they want to closing maybe 15 or 20mins before.. coz we were there on New Year Eve.. 10pm-12am. unfortunately our room has been close before suddenly, like 15mins before 12am.. the Facilities n all was in good condition. SOP also has been implement strictly, according to the Gov. yes in this pendemic situation, all count. haha.. anyway.. still good, n very nice Kareoke Place..

Most favourite karaoke place to sing! The sounds was really good than others places. And the prices not really bad.. with some packages.. had snacks and the places can smoke also at outside karaoke room.. can smoke too.. this photo taken..in room 111.. (Ella) actually not my first time karaoke in here.. but this is the first picture taken.. cuz before I didn't even remember to capture a memory to update in google.. lol

Reception girl cold and quite rude, she should work on kitchen not as receptionist for her behaviour. Put someone more attentive for frontline staff. Should upgrade on cleanness and sound.
