It's a normal Starbucks. So nothing special to expect. The good thing is that the location is at the edge where you get a nice view of the area and less traffic congestion that is synonymous with Icon City Penang.
Lousy staff, I ask to not have cream, served me with cream, no chocolate syrup, still served with it and he said that my drink is able to use the promotion code, but at the payment he said cannot at the drive thru . Other outlets r better, worst starbucks I ever tried
