KTMB services have come along way over the years. Very nostalgic (for me anyway) to take the train for inter state travel. My first train ride was at 19 for a job interview at Singapore. Pleasant memories.
Nice place
avoid weekends nearby cafes close. the schedule during rmco quite messed up. plan your trip ahead properly. confirm with front counter in advance to avoid any inconvenience. ktm needs major revamp for certain. as long as race favorred system in practise neither this organization nor this country will advanced nowhere
Good renovations. Safer to park inside now
This is a terrible place. It's a new building and set-up. There's no one over see the area. There are cleaners but no one audit their performances. the whole area is dilapidated very soon. KTM management needs to wake up.
The staff a very friendy. I once came from KL on the last train. My phone was dead. And i cant call for taxi or grab. This ktmb staff that supposed to close up the station lend me his charger and wait for me until i safely on my grab. Thank you for your great service
