The place was clean and the guard was very humble and good when treat the outsider.I heard that there is a suicide case in here a few month ago during MCO.
Only 5 minutes to airport. Nice place
Great place to stay ! Far from the busy life. Surrounded by greens. Low density and many amenities.

This place still new, not many people so far. But is quite a good place to stay. Good view that you can see Penang 2nd bridge and coastline.
Near to airport. Near to long stretch of south beach. Local living. Active resident committee well-maintaining condo. only 6 units per floor served by 3 lifts.
