Facility here was plenty. They gave game room for ping pong and dart game. Children room is available as well. They have 2 pools - adult and children. The unit is quite spacious, I believe it's quoted at a 800sqft. 3 bedroom - 2 is ok, 1 is small. 2 toilets - the toilet outside master bedroom have no water pipe outlet available. Overall satisfied living here :)

Nice place to stay. Facilities are good. And the view are tiptop.
Very nice place. Quite near to the Penang international airport, just take about 5 - 10 minutes to reach there. There are also have a lot of facilities such as yoga room, zen tea room, meeting room, adult games room, study room, swimming pool, gym, ping pong room, art room..... There is a mini market at ground floor. It is easy to find food because many restaurants around the area.
Convenient, clean, good security, well maintained.

What a great development- so close to Airport yet no noise issues! Fantastic facilities at your doorstep- wet market, food court, shops, etc. The pool is amazing I can just imagine swimming to the 'infinity' edge and looking out over the airport!
