First of all, we love the service from Park Royal. We have a great overall experience. However, you need to book ahead and pray for a good weather. Here is what we enjoyed, a) Drink at the Beach before dinner b) The Snap from the bar at the beach is amazing 10 out of 10 for Malaysian's taste. c) House bread is great, 7.5 out of 10. d) The sunset is view magnificent for Penang standard, 9.5 out of 10. e) The decoration is romantic, 9 out of 10. f) Price is worth the overall experience, 8 out of 10. Here is what we hope they can do better a) Authentic of Italian taste is just respectful. 7 out of 10. b) Waiter professionalism is respectful, 6.5 out of 10. c) Lighting inside the restaurant is good enough, 6.5 out of 10. d) Chess and Pasta are pretty standard and out of boxes.

I like how friendly the staff even though we were not the hotel guests. We ordered pizza and absolutely enjoyed the taste!!! The coffee could be better though...

The pasta was awesome, pomondoro are like so authentic as it was flew all the way from Campania. Improvements: - service coverage and pizza quality, the bread crust was a bit soggy, I would expect something better.

Our family of 5 had a very lovely lunch with excellent service. The food was authentic thanks to the Italian chef. We were waited on by the chef plus 3 staff who were really some of the best I have ever met. Salmi, especially, make our children so welcome and was such a delight to chat to. Personalised service and excellent food.
