I forgot my smartphone in the bus from Melaka sentral today. Mr. Fazli and another officer in the customer service center helped me to find it. Mr. Fazli said to me "I know how you feel as it happened to me as well." I appreciate a lot Mr. Fazli and all those who helped me to get it back including the bus driver.
