Shipment arrived on Friday 3april2020 until now not yet send to me.
The staff didnt pass the parcel direct to the customer instead of asked customer to collect at certain area. I never deal with any courier and asked customer to pickup. Please improve your staff.

very bad service i had call many time more than 5 times but no one pick up the phone call as my parcel had passed to others person tht i dont know how they to their work, my address had state to deliver to kulim but they do delivery to baling..very unhappy with the service..
