Quite a wide varieties of dishes displayed prominently for food connoisseur to pick and choose to savour; including the commonly local flavour for 'yong tau foo' fish-paste stuffing into vegetables such as fresh chillies, lady's finger or okra, brinjal and soya-bean curd.
