My boyfriend and I decided to look into applying for a Partner 309 visa late 2019, and after much research, we decided to go with Austral Migration Consultancy, as they were confident in processing our application. We met up with Ken Soon at the Pavilion office and signed on with Austral. Documents gathering took about 3ish months from our end, and we submitted the application end Feb 2020 with Li Ying from their Empire Subang branch. Overall process was seamless, DHA did request for further documents, but after resubmitting extra documentation, we were granted the visa early Dec 2020. Which was quite a shock to us, as it was under their usual processing time. We are grateful for the effort the Austral team has put into our visa application, and would definitely recommend them. I'm from Bangladesh and I was the victim in this scam. Austral agent help me apply work visa and granted. But when I want to depart to Australia they say I did not hold a valid visa. Then i realize this is a fake visa I have. Attachment is the proof.
