sorry for rate. i want to infrom you something. last 08/09/19 is Sunday at 3pm. my friend want to send money 3000rm. he give thia money to your stuff, after count this money your stuff he say here have 2950rm. just now already less 50rm. your stuff take already 50rm from this money. then my friend want to chake the cctv. but your stuff don't want to chake cctv. then so many shouting shouting with my friend. today he complain again your branch. after chake the cctv then give back 50rm. i think your stuff do like this everyday. if your stuff do like everyday then how to faith customar with stuff?

Worst Customer Service Ever!!! Its my first time to send money here and the staff’s who process my money transfer was so slow!!When i ask him to make it faster coz I’ll be late for my next appointment he was angry to me and he continued to talk on the phone!! He is so arrogant!! Don’t waste your time here!! The rates are so low!!! Very bad experience here!! It’s better to go to the bank on UG!! I hope the owner of this place consider to changed the staff’s that they hired!!! So many customers waiting in line.,.some just left coz they can’t wait anymore!!!

Unless you're desperate, I would suggest you go to another money changer. The rate isn't attractive. You can probably find better rates elsewhere.

For Western Union, the worst ever customer experience. You have to wait for 45 mins or more. They cannot communicate and it is so slow and arrogance. Western union should not use such places otherwise it will lose customers. This is below par.

For western union services, They won't entertain nationals from (Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Iran, Iraq and Libya). Ironically, just like Trump's executive order! Other than that, good rate for a money exchanger.
