Bought a 1.5HP Panasonic AC from this company about 3 years ago. Had them serviced it about 4 or 5 times but there had been a couple of screw-ups. One time, the gas leaked and the ac automatically turned itself off when I was sleeping at night. I woke up many times to turn it back on during the night because it got too hot. Just recently, i realized that the dripping water from the ac was accumulated below the compressor (see pics). The moisture seeped in and totally damaged the wall paint inside my bedroom. The dripping water used to be channeled elsewhere so it could go down the roof.
