They have all the latest Samsung gadgets. But knowledge of some of the shop floor stuff could be improved and they don't seem they are motivated to help say compare to other outlets in Low Yat. If I had to rate the customer satisfaction level I would say 3 out of 10. 10 being the highest. As I said the brand is great, service level at Low Yat branch is top notch compares to here.

Bad services!! We send our phone to change charger pot, they told us need 3days working day to fixed, at the end after 6 days we only collect our phone. They never update to us until we make call after 3 days then only tell us our charging pot need to change. Not make sense!! Which means they never proceed for us! After 6days, we go for collect & wait more then 20 minutes no one assist ! At the end a stuff call Ryan who are not service centre stuff help me to finish my collection. & His explanation is he help me skipped all the customer in front of me just purposely to let me collect my phoneSorry!! I really can't accept this kind of explanation! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY CUSTOMER WAITING IN FRONT OF ME?!! ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS!!! 1of the customer been under consult when I'm there!! We can understand if you're lack of man power or too much customers come to service phone, but please be honest to customers, if you need more time to fixed, just update customers & tell them you may need more times to fixed... Don't treat customer like a fool & let them keep waiting without any updates! The Garden Samsung Service Centre! I wouldn't go again! Suggested to find another services centre!

The service is pretty bad as compared to Mid Valley SES. Although the distance between these 2 stores are just a stone throw away, the service and attitude provided by them are huge difference. You named your store as an Express Service Centre, however, we are not expecting an "express" solution from the staff just by saying "NO" or "DONT KNOW" or "WE ARE SORRY" or "DONT HAVE". Please beef up the staff literacy and service attitude. After that i went to Mid Valley SES. The team there greeted me with a warm welcome and did provide me sound solution instead of giving out "EXPRESS" solution. Moreover, i went there 3 times and each time greeted by different staffs who are pretty helpful. This did put a smile on my face. Kudos to the Mid Valley SES team; thumb down to The Garden team.

Terrible la Samsung service. Customer service assistant useless and unhelpful, last two months i came the guy was very helpful. Please improve your efficiency and staff competence and consistency. Don't buy Samsung la.

LANDLINE NEVER AVAILABLE FOREVER ENGAGED. THEY JUST DISCONNECT THE PHONE OR LEAVE PHONE OFF THE HOOK! NO CALL BACK OR FEEDBACK ON STATUS OF PHONE REPAIR. VERY SLOW REPAIR TIME! THE COMPANY "ONE MOBILE CARE SDN BHD" SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE PANEL

If you name it as a express service center, please show some professional on the counter, most of the time just 1person in front the counter for service And secondly beside the service center is product section, their service staff like having a politician issue with service section, that when we are stand in the service section looking for assist on product area there are not willing to help and told us is not in their service category.

extremely bad service. would give 0 stars if possible. very unpleasant experience
