Asked for an item. They told me to wait long in queue. Just to tell me they don't have it. After a long time waiting, even some people in front went away, they tell me they don't have it. worst service. Not forget to mention only 3person allowed.

For the laptop - Good ASUS A409J laptop, best specs for the price. Would be better if the keyboard have backlit. For the shop - Staff willing to explain and friendly.

One chinese guy that handle graphic card counter very arrogant. He treat customer very bad. I'm just asking about the price one of the GPU and he suddenly said 'woooo ini mahal oooooo'. He don't even know me. Maybe he think I don't have enough money to buy it. Unbelievable, there are still people having this kind of thinking nowadays. Unfortunately I go to the other shop and proceed to buy from there. Will not put my step on that shop ever again.

My Review. One of the PC repair staff is very unprofessional plus he still wouldn't believe after told about PC problem. It's like telling me to solving by myself. Even asking him when the dateline PC can be solve & repair. He dare saying " Dunno. I have a lot of works on repair stuff. ". That's Very Rude. Afterwards, I pushed that guy on call for the PC to repairing for finish in asap. What's the reason people sending PC problem to repair?? Asashi Wangsa Walk, you only can buy & go but the repair PC? Don't. Just don't send...

Good service and very helpfull sales person name Wai Choon ( if not mistaken ) I bought a msi laptop and if you want to buy a laptop you can find the sales person name Wai Choon... I really like the way he treats customer.. Thank you Wai Choon.. 1 star for malay staff because some of them speak to their customer with no respect (Kaunter Bayaran)..Please learn more about customer service..Dont be Acah good..
